What we do
We provide independent appraisals performed by a USPAP-compliant appraiser who is an accredited member of the Appraisers Association of America. We start by getting to know you and assessing the needs of the appraisal. From there we will set up a free consultation to discuss the project and schedule a walkthrough. Once the project is accepted, we will catalog the property on site. We will then perform our research and prepare a report.
